Terms and Conditions

First Come First Serve Basis

All items are sold on a first come first served basis. Please note that it’s only for Serious Buyers.

For ready made accessories, we will check on the item(s)’ availability upon receiving your order(s). If it is available we will reserve for you immediately; but if it is currently reserved, we will put you in the queue.


Payment

Payment must be made within three (3) days after receiving the Order Confirmation email which contains our banking details (Maybank or CIMB). We will then check for the payment clearance before proceeding to send the items.

If payment has not been made after that 3 days, the purchase order and reservation will be cancelled, and all the related items will be made available to the next customer in queue or to the public once again.

Do send us a notification after payment is made, by email or sms so that we can make immediate arrangement for your item(s). (please check on our Postage & Delivery for more info)

Refund or Cancellation

Once orders are confirmed and payment has been made, NO cancellations/exchanges/refunds/returns are allowed. All sales are final.


Custom Made Accessories

We will proceed with your order once payment is received.  For designs which is not published on the website, an initial quote will be provided before we proceed.


Privacy Matters

Rest assured that all information garnered are used solely for processing orders, improving our services and sending product updates. Under no circumstances will we disclose any of your particulars unless we have to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that content violates the rights of others, or to protect anyone’s rights, property or safety. Such information will only be disclosed in accordance with and as required by applicable laws and regulations, and you will be duly informed in such an event.
